Most teams arrive with a spreadsheet, and keep one for a while afterwards. This section covers both directions: getting existing records in without losing the columns that matter, keeping the segments you care about as lists once they are there, and exporting to CSV or Excel whenever you want a copy. Your data stays yours, including after you cancel, and export is on every plan rather than a paid upgrade.
