Syncek vs HubSpot

A CRM without the all-in-one suite.

HubSpot is a marketing-sales-service platform with a CRM inside it. For most small businesses that's more surface area than they need. Syncek is just the CRM — the part you actually use every day.

Side-by-side comparison

HubSpotThem

  • Built as an all-in-one suiteMarketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, CMS Hub — powerful if you need it, overwhelming if you don't.
  • Advanced features live behind paid tiersThe free CRM is generous on paper, but workflows, custom reports, and team features often sit on the Professional tier.
  • Real onboarding investmentMost teams that go beyond the free tier end up bringing in a HubSpot consultant or dedicating an admin.
  • English-first product cultureSpanish UI is there, but docs, community, and support patterns are anchored in the US market.

SyncekSyncek

  • A focused CRM, not a suiteContacts, deals, pipelines, notes. No marketing automation you're not going to use.
  • Core features are not paywalledCustom fields, views, Kanban, and permissions are part of the product — not a premium tier.
  • Spreadsheet-familiar setupIf you can run a spreadsheet, you can run Syncek. No admin, no consultant, no onboarding fee.
  • EN and ES from day oneMarketing site, docs, and support flow in both English and Spanish — not a half-translated afterthought.
How they differ

How HubSpot and Syncek actually differ.

Ten lenses for picking the right shape of CRM.

Product shape

HubSpot logoHubSpot

All-in-one platform — Marketing, Sales, Service, CMS, and Operations Hubs sold separately.

Syncek

Focused CRM — contacts, deals, pipelines, and notes. No marketing automation, no CMS.

Target team

HubSpot logoHubSpot

Mid-market and enterprise sweet spot, with a free CRM tier that draws in startups.

Syncek

Small businesses with 1–50 people who need a real CRM without an enterprise rollout.

Time to first useful day

HubSpot logoHubSpot

Hours to weeks. The free CRM is fast; anything past free usually needs an admin or a HubSpot consultant.

Syncek

Minutes. Drop a CSV, map columns, start. No onboarding fee, no consultant.

Customization model

HubSpot logoHubSpot

Powerful but tier-gated. Custom properties on free; workflows and custom reports start at Professional; custom objects are Enterprise-only.

Syncek

20+ typed fields, custom pipelines, and saved views on every paid tier — not a premium add-on.

Pricing model

HubSpot logoHubSpot

Per-seat plus per-marketing-contact, with feature gates per Hub and per tier. Annual commitment for the lowest prices.

Syncek

Flat per-user per-month, monthly or annual. Three tiers, no per-contact pricing, no Hub mix-and-match.

Marketing automation

HubSpot logoHubSpot

First-class — email sequences, landing pages, forms, and ad attribution baked in (Marketing Hub).

Syncek

Out of scope. Pair Syncek with a focused email tool (e.g. Brevo, Mailerlite) if you need outbound automation.

Inline editing

HubSpot logoHubSpot

Record-detail pages and edit-in-place tables, but the spreadsheet metaphor is not the design center.

Syncek

Spreadsheet-familiar inline editing across every view. Click a cell, type, move on — same muscle memory.

Spanish UX

HubSpot logoHubSpot

Spanish UI exists, but docs, community, and support patterns are anchored in the US market.

Syncek

EN and ES are first-class from day one — product, marketing site, docs, and support all bilingual.

Data ownership

HubSpot logoHubSpot

Export is supported, but reports + workflows live inside the product and don't follow you out.

Syncek

Export anything to CSV or JSON anytime, including after cancellation. No retention games.

Best at

HubSpot logoHubSpot

Running a unified marketing + sales + service motion when you have the team to operate all of it.

Syncek

Running the daily CRM job — pipeline, contacts, deals — without a platform tax.

Migration path

Moving from HubSpot to Syncek.

Four steps, usually a single afternoon for under ~5,000 records. The hardest part is deciding what to leave behind.

  1. Export from HubSpot

Export Contacts, Companies, and Deals as CSV from each CRM object's list view — click the Export button top-right. Note: HubSpot's Workflows, Sequences, and email history do not export — those are the boundary of the migration.

  2. Map fields to Syncek

Syncek's import wizard previews each column and lets you pick the field type (phone, email, currency, stage, relation). Custom properties from HubSpot map cleanly to typed fields in Syncek; multi-select properties become select fields.

  3. Rebuild the pipeline

HubSpot Deal stages become Syncek pipeline stages — same names, same order. Probabilities are optional. Saved views replace HubSpot dashboard tiles; recreate the three or four you actually use, skip the rest.

  4. Decide what to retire

Marketing automation, landing pages, and email tracking don't come along. Most small teams retire them on purpose; if you depend on them, keep HubSpot Marketing Hub and pair it with Syncek for the CRM side.

Common questions

Syncek vs HubSpot — common questions.

  • Can I migrate my HubSpot data into Syncek?
Yes. Export Contacts, Companies, and Deals as CSV from HubSpot, then import them into Syncek with the visual mapper. Custom properties map to typed fields. Workflows, Sequences, and email engagement history do not migrate — those live inside HubSpot and aren't exportable.
  • Will I lose HubSpot's marketing automation?
Yes. Syncek is a focused CRM — no email sequences, landing pages, or ad attribution. If you depend on Marketing Hub, the practical path is to keep HubSpot Marketing and use Syncek as the CRM, or swap to a focused email tool like Brevo or Mailerlite that talks to Syncek.
  • Is Syncek cheaper than HubSpot for a small team?
For a 5-person team that only needs CRM, Syncek is materially cheaper than HubSpot Sales Hub Professional — the tier most small teams end up on once they outgrow the free CRM. The fair comparison is HubSpot Sales Hub Starter vs Syncek Growth; check the live numbers on each product's pricing page, because HubSpot updates tiers frequently.
  • Does Syncek do email tracking and sequences?
No. Outbound email tracking, sequences, and meeting scheduling live in HubSpot's Sales Hub. Syncek tracks deals, contacts, and pipeline activity; if you need send-and-track-from-CRM, pair Syncek with a tool that does that one job well.
  • Can I run HubSpot and Syncek side by side during transition?
Yes, and most teams do. Keep HubSpot read-only for historical email and marketing, do new sales work in Syncek, and retire HubSpot when the team agrees the CRM job is fully covered. Export anytime — Syncek doesn't lock data in.
When to choose them

When HubSpot still makes sense.

If you're running a full marketing + sales + service operation under one roof, if you already have a HubSpot admin, or if you depend on HubSpot's native email automation and landing pages — stay put. Syncek is the right call when you want a CRM that does the CRM job well, not a platform that does many jobs.

Less surface area. Still a real CRM.
