Four moments where the ask lands. The words to send at each one.
Most of your business walks in through a door you have never mapped. Thirteen A4 pages: the four moments already sitting on your calendar, the message ready to send at each one, and the three fields that turn word of mouth into a name you can look up. The reply that produces the second referral is on page 10.
Syncek does not run a referral program. What it holds is the record the four moments produce. Referred by is a bidirectional relation, one of the 20+ field types, so the list of everyone a person sent you builds itself on their record. Source is a single-select you define once. Asked on is a date field, which turns clients nobody has asked into a saved view instead of a memory. 15-day Pro trial, no card. CSV or JSON export anytime, including after you cancel.
Four moments, three fields. Thirteen A4 pages.

Questions about asking for referrals
What do I say when I ask a client for a referral?
Two sentences, attached to something specific. Name the result the client just got, then describe the person you want by their problem rather than by their job title: is there anyone in your world running into the same problem you had back in March? Close with a line that removes the obligation, such as happy to have the conversation, no pressure either way. The pack carries the full message for all four moments, ready to send.
How much new business do small companies get from referrals?
LocaliQ's Big Small Business Marketing Trends Report for 2026 puts customer referrals at 83% as the best acquisition source for small businesses, up from 65% the year before, and at 87% among businesses with 10 or fewer full-time employees. Referral share swings by trade and by market, so run the formula on page 2 against your own quarters rather than against anyone else's number.
Is the script pack free?
Yes. Thirteen A4 pages, sent as a PDF in exchange for an email address, in English, Spanish, German and Portuguese. It is vendor-neutral and works on paper, in a spreadsheet, or in any CRM. No phone call and no drip sequence.
Syncek holds the record. It does not run the program.
No trackable links, no discount codes, no rewards engine, no affiliate dashboard, and none of that is on the roadmap. Designing an incentive carries tax and disclosure consequences that differ by country, so that decision belongs with your accountant rather than with your CRM.

Nothing here reminds you to ask.
There is no automation and no AI reading your client relationships. The dates get entered by the person who had the conversation, and the four moments happen because someone is watching for them.

Thirteen A4 pages, vendor-neutral. The same four moments hold on paper, in a spreadsheet, or in the CRM you already pay for.
